Reassess program to include:


Workout - to include Morning Routine and daily study of curriculum with Sifu.  Integrate new material.  Identify what needs more focus.


Diet - identify short falls and strengths


Sleep - not enough? too much? whats allowing more restful sleep what isnt.


Base findings off of yesterdays measurements, as well as quantitastive assessments of Pain, Stress, Mood, Energy, Effectiveness at Work, and Family Relations.
